Terms of Use

Last updated 19 October 2026 Version 1.0

These terms are the agreement between you and the seller of Thaki. By downloading or using Thaki you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

1.Who we are#

Thaki is offered by Tural Mustafayev, an individual developer in Baku, Azerbaijan. You can reach me at mustafayev.t@outlook.com.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the seller, and “you” means the person using Thaki.

2.Who can use Thaki#

You must be at least 13 years old (14 in South Korea) to use Thaki.

3.Apple’s terms#

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

4.What Thaki is#

Thaki helps you turn a goal into milestones, and each milestone into tiny steps you can take today. You can build a plan yourself, or ask Thaki to plan your goal for you.

Free: 3 goals in total, with up to 4 milestones each, whether or not you sign in; deleting or finishing a goal doesn’t give one back. A free account also backs up and syncs them. Free has no plans from Thaki. Thaki Pro: unlimited goals, up to 20 milestones each, plans from Thaki (up to 10 a day under fair use, with an account), and three more coats, four more outfits and six more home-screen tiles.

Plans from Thaki are a Thaki Pro feature and need an account. A plan counts once Thaki delivers it, and the Pro allowance is counted over the last 24 hours. Building a plan yourself is free and has no limit beyond the goal and milestone numbers above.

5.Your licence to use Thaki#

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Thaki on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

We keep every right these terms don’t give you.

6.Your account#

You don’t need an account to use Thaki on one phone. An account (Sign in with Apple) syncs your goals and is needed for plans from Thaki, which also need Thaki Pro. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple Account secure.

You can delete your account at any time: You → the profile card → Account → Delete account. That removes your account and everything we hold for it on our server. The goals on your phone stay on your phone.

7.Subscriptions#

Thaki Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold as a monthly plan and a yearly plan.

Price. The price of each plan, in your local currency, is shown in the app before you confirm, and that displayed price is the price that applies. Introductory and promotional offers are as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. We never see or handle your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Thaki Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your account. Already subscribed on another device? Use “Restore purchases” in the app.

Free trials. If a free trial is offered to you, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

If a subscription ends. The goals you already have stay. The free limits apply to anything new.

Price changes. If the price of a plan changes, Apple tells you first and, where the law or Apple’s rules require it, asks for your consent before the new price applies to you.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal Apple provides in the EU and UK.

8.Plans from Thaki (AI)#

Plans are generated automatically and can be wrong or unsuitable. They are not medical, fitness, financial or psychological advice. For goals that touch your health, check with a professional. What you do with a plan is up to you.

You can change or delete anything in a plan, or build your plan yourself instead. To plan a goal, and only after you agree on the sheet that asks, Thaki sends the goal’s title and some of your answers to a third-party AI service; the Privacy Policy says exactly what is sent and to whom. Thaki may decline to plan some goals, and for a goal that sounds like a crisis it points you to help instead.

9.Acceptable use#

Please don’t abuse plans from Thaki or try to get around their limits (for example by creating accounts to collect more plans), don’t scrape or copy the app or its content at scale, and don’t try to break into, overload or test the security of Thaki or the services behind it.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account (You → the profile card → Account → Delete account) and the app.

10.Your content#

Your goals, milestones, tiny steps and anything else you write in Thaki are yours. You give us a licence only to store and sync them for you and to send them to the planner when you ask Thaki to plan a goal. That licence ends when you delete them or your account.

You are responsible for what you write. Please don’t write anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

11.Reminders#

If you turn on reminders, Thaki schedules notifications on your phone. You can turn them off in the app or in your iPhone’s settings at any time.

12.Warranty and liability#

Thaki is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a plan from Thaki will be accurate, achievable or right for your goal.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the app or your inability to use it, even if we were told they were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or where the law of your country does not allow it.

13.Changes#

We may change, add or remove features of Thaki. Before a material change to these terms takes effect, we will tell you in the app, and you can stop using Thaki and delete your account before it applies to you. Changes that are not material (for example a clearer wording or a new contact detail) take effect when we publish them here with a new effective date.

14.Law#

These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, the seller’s country, but if you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

15.Contact#

Questions about these terms: mustafayev.t@outlook.com.

Effective 19 October 2026, version 1.0.
